By downloading or using the DavianVault Android application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Description of Service

DavianVault is an Android password manager application that allows users to store and manage passwords, secure notes, and other sensitive information encrypted locally on their device. Optionally, users may enable Google Drive backup to store an encrypted copy of their vault in their personal Google Drive.

2. Master Password Responsibility

Your Master Password is the sole key to your encrypted vault. DavianVault does not store, transmit, or have access to your Master Password. If you lose your Master Password, your vault data cannot be recovered by us. You are solely responsible for keeping your Master Password safe.

3. Google Drive Backup

If you enable the optional Google Drive backup, you authorize DavianVault to create and manage an application-specific folder in your Google Drive to store your encrypted vault backup. DavianVault does not access any other files in your Google Drive.

4. Limitation of Liability

DavianVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, locked accounts, or damages resulting from use of the application, including loss of your Master Password or loss of a device.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
