By downloading, installing, or using the DavianVault Android application or accessing https://vault.davian.space/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Overview

DavianVault is a zero-knowledge Android password manager designed for local credential storage, generation, and management. Users may optionally connect their Google Account to back up their encrypted vault to their personal Google Drive AppData folder.

2. User Responsibility & Master Password

Because DavianVault uses local zero-knowledge encryption, your Master Password is the sole key to your vault. DavianVault does not store or have access to your Master Password. If you lose your Master Password, your encrypted vault cannot be recovered by us. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Master Password and backups.

3. Google API & Third-Party Integration

If you elect to use the Google Drive backup feature, you authorize DavianVault to create and manage an encrypted backup file in the private AppData folder of your Google Drive account. DavianVault does not access, modify, or interact with any other files in your Google Drive.

4. Limitation of Liability

DavianVault is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the developers of DavianVault be liable for any data loss, lost passwords, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
